Tamagotchi V5 - Pause

Hi, I've just received a comment on one of my posts...is it true that you cannot pause the Tamagotchi V5? That would be so inconvenient if it is true. Can anyone clarify this?

EDIT: OK, after some searching I've actually found out that there is a pause function on the Tamagotchi V5. To pause your Tamagotchi V5 just scroll to the TV option and choose the travel channel; after the animation clip you will be asked: GO or CANCEL. Choose GO and your tamagotchis will leave their house and go traveling. On the screen you'll now see a long animation, this means that your Tamagotchi is paused. To unpause, just press the C button and choose YES. Also, as someone already pointed out, to pause your V5, you can just put the clock in set-mode by going on clock-screen and pressing the A and C button at the same time. I hope this helps.
